Energy saving residential flag pole light with gooseneck design provides the proper illumination to fly the U.S. Flag at night. Recommended to mount to poles 1" to 1-1/4" in diameter, will mount to poles up to 3" with zip ties. 40 lumens per square meter with 2 LED lights illuminates up to 12 hours. The United States flag code states "It is the universal custom to display the flag only from sunrise to sunset on buildings with stationary flagstaffs in the open. However, when a patriotic effect is desired, the flag may be displayed 24 hours a day if properly illuminated during the hours of darkness". Die-cast aluminum and stainless steel construction. Charge light in direct sunlight for 3 days in the off position before using.
