Refund and cancellation policies   

You can return your standard stocking purchase up to 30 business from the date of invoice.  Proof of purchase from Village True Value Home Center is required for all returns.  Final Sale Products such as clearance items, storm related purchases such as generators and heaters and most custom or special-order products cannot be returned.  Items must be unused and in new condition.  Refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was received.   You may cancel your order for standard stock at any time prior to pick-up or delivery. Non-stock orders, custom or special orders must be paid for in advance. Some custom or special orders may be non-cancelable, depending on the circumstance, please inquire at the time of payment. Non-stock, custom or special orders may incur restocking fees depending on source.

Delivery / Shipping Policy

Village True Value Home Center can deliver to local jobsites and homes within a 15-mile radius for a standard 39.99 delivery charge. For out of area orders please contact us prior to placing your online order for more information about out of area delivery or shipping via UPS.
